Kishwaukee Education Consortium This is a permenent full-time position for the 2025-2026 school year. One would be teaching a variety of Math classes to students from grades 7 to 12. Most of the students are of high school age, in KEC's alternative education program. The majority of the students are recommended for our program for credit recovery, while others are placed for disciplinary reasons. Class sizes range from 8 to 20 students, in a traditional seven period school day. Teachers are on a 180 day work assignment, and the calendar is similar to the school districts, in DeKalb County.
The starting salary will be prorated from $40,000 with considerations for years of service, and advanced degrees. Please visit our website at kecprograms.com.
