Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that enhance our clients online presence and promote their brand. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through various media formats.

Duties

• Develop, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms: Facebook & Instagram
• Find and coordinate with UGC professionals in the DMV/Philly/ Brooklyn area to enhance our clients brand
• Help create visually appealing graphics
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities while responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall digital marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives.
• Track performance metrics, and analyze engagement data to optimize content strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in public relations, and emerging technologies that can enhance our social media presence.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and advertising strategies.
• Experience in photography or graphic design is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Expectations

• Ideation of a monthly social calendar: 8-9 posts including reels and carousels
• Build out 50% of the calendar - we will help build out the rest :)
• Finding and managing UGC creators, editing content

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
