DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing is the largest Residential HVAC Company in Central Florida. We are a rapidly growing industry leader with seven locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Tampa, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Sanford (headquarters), and Sarasota.
Primary Responsibilities : The Lead Electrician is responsible for maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Specific Duties & Tasks :
- Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Review electrical blueprints to identify wiring circuits.
- Inspects electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers.
- Coordinates with team members to install light fixtures and other items.
- Uses a variety of industry-specific tools to perform their tasks, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers.
- Identifies electrical wires accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck.
- Maintain accurate invoices, records, and notes.
