- Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
