Job Description Summary
The orientation coordinator serves as the students’ initial contact with the Adult Education – high school equivalency prep program. Responsible for conducting presentations, explaining and clarifying program services, requirements, and intake forms. The Coordinator will be responsible for following up with students to ensure completion of all intake forms, ensure attendance for testing, and confirm registration into a course. Will also assist with administrative tasks such as closing out student orientation grades in Colleague and following up with inquiries for new students.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree
