Responsibilities:

Del Monte is looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator to work in their Rochelle, IL location starting immediately.

• Review all orders for accuracy and inventory levels relative to labeling requirements for Rochelle Labeling
• Responsible for monthly, weekly, and daily production and supply reports (i.e., cases per hour, plan versus actual, change overs.
• Prepare daily shift production needs based on MPS
• Responsible for M&S inventory and reporting
• Review inventory of brites/labels/cartons/slipsheets/stretch/shrink to ensure it will be able to fulfill label Plan
• Review work order for accuracy in quantity, correct fiber, labels, brites, variety code, bar code
• Order CHEP pallets as needed to support production
• Review with PPIC and management on weekly call to ensure the MPS can be met
• Coordinate with PPIC to minimize label/fiber write-offs
• Ensure the Label Line is BRC, QA, USDA and Organic compliant
• Ensure cycle counts of Label Line items are up to date working with M&S stock controller
• Coordinate with M&S stock controller to schedule inbound put-away of labels and fiber
• Work with QA auditor on production work sheets keeping up to date
• Post daily production into SAP, adjusting planned orders and process orders
• Order CHEP as production increases and order collection of damaged
• Reconcile brite and finished goods with IC on a daily, monthly and year end basis
• Create and post work orders out to the floor
• Daily verification of production work sheets completed correctly with samples of labels and fiber
• Responsible for updating new labels and fiber sent over by R&D
• Notify scheduling, clerks and supervisors of M&S coming in from vendors or plants
