We are seeking a bilingual, sales driven professional insurance agent specialized in Commercial Auto / Trucking to join our Team of Insurance Trainers.
Our Trainers carry out not only in classroom presentations, but also one on one coaching sessions. It is their mission to give our agents all the tools they need to succeed and excel in the insurance industry by applying practical knowledge as well as sales techniques to their day to day insurance transactions.
Responsibilities :
- Study, learn, and implement sales presentations
- Keep training material updated
- Prepare new training presentations as needed
- Follow up with agents to get their feedback
- Carry out sales presentations
- Complete sales transactions
- Be able to reach sales goals
