Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between corporate and franchise insurance agencies.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees to improve client conversion and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist franchisees in understanding insurance products, compliance, and business strategies.
- Travel to franchise locations as needed to provide in-person support and training.
- 2-20 Property & Casualty license (required).
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
- Experience in insurance sales, marketing, or agency development.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel 60% of the time; 40% office-based.
