The Client Advocate plays a crucial role on our Personal Lines team, working closely with clients and Account Managers to provide superior customer service. What you'll do:
- Be a sponge – obtain comprehensive knowledge of all agency systems and processes
- Provide clients with industry-leading customer service
- Work with the team and do whatever is needed to get the job done – have a “can-do” attitude
- Assist with Certificates of Insurance, applications, cancellations, and other client needs
- Learn and master our CRM system – Applied Epic
- Communicate with carriers via phone and email to problem-solve
- Bachelor's degree with interest in all things Insurance
- Ability to be flexible in the Small Business environment
- Self-motivation and accountability to get the job done
- An eye for detail and great written and verbal communication skills
- Grit and organizational skills to complete detailed tasks
