Job Description : Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Extremely proficient in using Agile and XP methodologies performed roles of Scrum Master following sprint sessions and used JIRA software extensively to write User Stories, assign tasks to individual team members
- Process Improvement :
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Project Management Support :
- Work with project teams to ensure that project deliverables align with business needs.
- Provide support in project planning, resource allocation, risk management and work breakdown structure.
- Stakeholder Communication :
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment.
- Solution Design and Implementation :
- Partner with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
- Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Leverage data analysis tools to extract insights and support decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for tracking performance metrics.
- Create dynamic dashboards reports, providing executives with real time visibility into key business metrics
- Mentorship and Leadership :
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams during complex initiatives.
