We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Administrative Assistant.
In this role, you will assist the office manager with processing and generating financial information for the Kunes Auto and RV Dealerships.
The successful candidate will help provide accurate reporting to the dealer/general manager and support the office manager in the accounting office and administrative functions.
Your responsibilities will include participating in critical accounting processes, such as posting accounts receivable, processing accounts payable, stocking in vehicles, posting deals, calculating commissions, L&T preparation, making general journal accounting entries, cleaning schedules, and filing and scanning documents.
You will also assist in the daily banking process by preparing the daily bank deposit and closing of service and parts tickets.
Additionally, you will help the office manager prepare various monthly documents, including write off reports, inventory reconciliations, and title reconciliations.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
