Responsibilities

- Process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ">
- Manage accounts payable, including tracking and reconciling vendor payments. ">
- Assist with cash receipts, ensuring timely deposits and accurate recording. ">
- Provide support to the Accounting Specialist as needed, including internal requests and month-end audits. ">
Qualifications

- Associate's degree and/or 5 years of accounting/accounts payable experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. ">
- PC proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). ">
- Familiarity with automated accounting systems. ">
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, standards, and procedures (GAAP) preferred. ">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ">
- Attentive to detail and strong organizational skills. ">
