The job of Employee Records Payroll Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Payroll Coordinators and Human Resources Administration in a variety of aspects. The individual in this role will assist with coordinating ongoing and day-to-day attendance-related projects and tasks, including project planning, scheduling, tracking data, and compliance related tasks. This position will work closely with HR, Finance, and department supervisors to ensure accurate reporting and recordkeeping, as well as collaborate closely with program-based administrative staff to ensure accurate attendance records, policies, and procedures are followed. Adherence to payroll deadlines and high-level confidentiality are also essential functions of this role.

- Maintain and verify employee time records, including leave balances, absences, and
ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with organizations policies, labor laws, and collective bargaining
