What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service
• Interpret and work with blueprints to guide projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate closely with our shop to develop final product solutions tailored to customer needs
• Troubleshoot challenges and manage projects with precision, delivering results on time and within budget
• Bring organization and structure to our dynamic team, contributing to operational excellence
  
  

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in commercial sales of hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware
• Expertise in customer relations and troubleshooting complex challenges
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints and coordinate with production teams
• A proactive, hands-on approach to running projects start to finish
• Preferred: Architectural Hardware Consultant (AHC) designation
