The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time or part-time Team Dining Prep Cook to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for working with the highest quality and freshest ingredients with progressive techniques, while working directly with the team’s nutrition program. If you are passionate about creating nutritious and delicious meals in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with a dedicated team to fuel top-performing athletes, this role is for you.

What will you do?
- Prepare and cook meals following the team’s nutrition program, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to meet dietary requirements and performance goals
- Collaborate with the team’s nutritionist and chefs to plan and execute balanced, nutritious menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met while managing inventory and supplies efficiently
- Manage daily menu changes
- Provide services for 150 team members on a daily basis
More about you
- Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment, such as in a high-volume kitchen or in catering
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and take on whatever task is needed in the kitchen
- Reliable transportation and the ability to be on time every day
- Discretion based on working in a private kitchen
