Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights to improve operating margins and drive strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounting processes, including financial reporting, audits, and compliance with internal and external requirements
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and project funding to align with client objectives and financial goals
- Maintain financial systems and internal controls to ensure data accuracy, asset protection, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with corporate finance and operations leaders to optimize financial processes, reporting, and system integrations
- Recruit, develop, and lead the finance team, fostering a high-performing organization that supports business growth
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance roles with experience managing a team
- Policy and governance experience
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Strategic thought leadership skills and credibility to advise leadership
- Very strong business acumen with a financial background across multiple disciplines
- Ability to make well-balanced business decisions through a finance lens, in the best interest of the enterprise
