Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Oversee daily operations of attractions, tours, and exhibits, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Manage front-line team members, maintaining operational standards, service quality, and appropriate staffing levels
- Ensure all operational areas are show-ready, properly staffed, and prepared for guest interactions
- Oversee labor management, scheduling, and compliance with staffing agreements and policies
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments to enhance guest services and special events
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience may substitute
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a theme park or attraction environment preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, ticketing systems, exhibits, AV, and ride systems
- Experience in guest operations and excellent communication skills
