Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating all aspects of promotional events, from initial planning to execution. Support the planning, execution, and decoration of promotional events. This individual will work closely with the marketing and event teams to ensure each event not only aligns with our brand but also creates an engaging and memorable experience for attendees.

What will you do?
- Partner with player rewards department to create email campaigns, digital signage, social media adverts, and other promotional activities
- Manage marketing communications, implement scheduled promotions, and distribute the materials to the relevant department
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar and note project time-line milestones
- Plan promotional rules and procedures adhering to state gaming requirements and formats
- Source, research, and maintain relationships with suitable vendors for promotional inventory and prizes
More about you
- No experience or diploma required
- Must be able to obtain a state gaming license
- Experience with Windows products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required
