The opportunity
Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a full-time Education Programs Coordinator to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As an Education Programs Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of the Boston vs. Bullies and Stand Strong educational program as well as collecting data. In addition, the Education Programs Coordinator role serves as the primary point of contact for program inquiries and acts as a liaison to the educational program facilitators and site staff members.

What will you do?
- Focus on coordinating educational programs to ensure programs run efficiently.
- Work with teachers to continually improve service to students, instructors, and the community.
- Oversee schedules of Boston versus Bullies facilitators and the coordination and direct delivery of programs, trips to schools, and other activities.
- Provide periodic updates and reports on Boston versus Bullies programs.
- Create marketing materials, newsletters, feedback forms and surveys to publicize upcoming training sessions, other events, and to collect participant and educator feedback.
- Present ideas and implement social media campaigns for the educational programs.
- Maintain and organize the program database.
- Places materials orders and distributes them accordingly.
More about you
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience updating a WordPress website.
- Knowledge and experience using Customer Relationship Management tools such as HubSpot preferred.
- Experience with InDesign or other graphics programs.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Experience working with youth.
