The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Premium Team Members to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a team member, we have a variety of positions open such as Busser, Server, Bartender or Runner within our exclusive restaurants, suites and clubs within the stadium. For this role, you will need excellent time management skills as well as the ability to set priorities and quickly respond to changing needs within our guest service environment.
The hourly minimum pay listed varies on position and any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?
- Check-in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room
- Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart
- Reset tables once guests leave according to floor plan or instructions from management
- Greet and attend to guests needs, provide menus and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answering menu questions, and collecting food and beverage orders
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
More about you
- Minimum one year of restaurant front of house experience with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift, balance, and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 pounds, for set-up, service, and clean-up
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions; may include walking up and down stairs
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
