What will you do?
- Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
- Train, and manage an effective group of team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities with alignment to Delaware North programs and service standards
- Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality meals
- Supervise inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
- Schedule all front of house suite associates for events
- Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
- Strong knowledge of food and wine
- Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- No college degree required

- Standing and walking for entire length of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
