The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Food Runners to join our team at a new restaurant at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Turn is being rebranded including a new look, new menu and new name! It will launch in the beginning of April. New changes will be announced soon!
As a Food Runner, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as the ability to set priorities and respond to changing needs within the dining room.

What will you do?
- Assist wait staff in clearing tables
- Cleans areas and assists with set-up and clean-up as needed
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Reset tables after guests leave
- Work with kitchen to tray food
- Run food to the dining room for servers
- Refill guests’ empty water glasses
- Restock service areas at the end of the shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
More about you
- Must be at least 16 years old
- No experience required
- Guest service orientation; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
- Ability to communicate with guests, read and follow written instructions in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical requirements
- Ability to carry full trays up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs
- Good mobility to maneuver between tables to clear plates
- Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
