Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an IT Intern to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. What will you do?
- Provide first-class technical support for all computer systems on the property, configuring installing, maintaining and training concessions point of sale systems, as well as troubleshooting TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, Android OS and Windows OS issues, and other related issues
- Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals for end-users, as well as terminating and running low-voltage cables (Cat5e/Cat6)
- Provide support for events, marketing, and manager meetings, including the setup and tear down of laptops and projectors
- Provide application support for point of sale systems and Global Payments
- Maintain digital signage throughout the property
More about you
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in IT, MIS, CIS
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and operating systems
- Capable of identifying problems and research solutions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
