FINANCIAL COORDINATOR/FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE
We are a fast-paced established surgical practice seeking a professional, detail oriented, organized and experienced Financial Coordinator/Front Office Associate with outstanding customer service skills. Primary responsibilities include: Accounts receivable, patient billing cycle, check out, accurate scheduling using Eaglesoft, electronic filing of patient records, collaboration with front office and clinical team members and ensuring a welcoming environment. Ideal candidate will have 3 years of dental office experience, proficinecy in dental practice management software, demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks & minimizing accounts receivable, knowledge of dental coding specific to periodontics, oral surgery and implants, with exceptional follow-through. Proficiency in Outlook and Google docs is a plus. Generous benefits include: health, dental & vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401k/profit sharing and more.
