What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES position at Delaware Resource Group Of Oklahoma?
Director of Facilities role will provide daily oversight and administration of the physical building and operational needs of the corporate offices, as well as the corporate warehouse. This position will report to the Chief Administrative Officer.
Essential Duties of the Position
- Monitor and maintain all corporate vehicles maintenance records
- Coordinate and lead efforts required by service partners for facility needs/maintenance programs
- Prepare financial proposals and recommendations related to building repairs and maintenance needs to Chief Administrative Officer
- Monitor the corporate vehicle check-out program
- Develop and maintain the corporate Vehicle Policy
- Proactively maintain corporate facilities maintenance programs and records
- Assist with inventories
- Assist and manage all facility inspections
- Assist with security needs at the corporate headquarters and corporate warehouse
- Duties and tasks as assigned
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills
- Must possess ability to work independently with ongoing changes in priority
- Must possess ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Open carry/concealed carry permit/license is preferred
High school diploma or higher. Facility and/or Maintenance experience is required. Security experience is preferred. Must possess a valid drivers license with clean driving record. Must have the ability to obtain a government security clearance. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
