PROGRAM MANAGER
The Corporate Program Manager (CPM) will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of DRG programs. The CPM is charged with responsibility for all aspects of the particular program to include program requirements, risk, quality, concurrency, configuration and system safety management, as well as the execution of proposed plans and schedules. The CPM has the authority to perform day-to-day operations while ensuring appropriate senior management/leadership stays abreast of issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
- Responsible for ensuring all contract requirements are met including management, operations, maintenance and support, and/or engineering change proposal modifications and upgrades.
- Serves as the primary interface focal with prime contractor program authorities and subcontract suppliers for technical, operational, system sustainment, procurement, personnel, and administrative issues.
- Serves as the principle point of interface between DRG Corporate leadership, program personnel, subcontract suppliers, and the primary customer level.
- Assists in the bid and proposal process as well as other program assistance as directed.
- Manages contracts related to aircrew training, aircraft maintenance, or logistics and has the ability to implement rigorous processes and procedures.
- Incorporates processes and procedures to align with contract requirements and quality systems
- Coordinates with corporate function areas for personnel support and meeting contractual requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree, 5 or more years of management level experience, 5 or more years of military training support experience is preferred. Collective bargaining agreement and labor relations experience a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Familiar with the Federal Procurement Process a plus. Must be able to secure a Top-Secret Clearance.
