Delaware River Stevedores, a full-service cargo handler, Stevedore and marine terminal operator, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Manager to provide comprehensive technical support for our Headquarters and terminals in Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to about 30 end-users at headquarters and local shipping terminal locations, resolving issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with various applications crucial to shipping operations. Applications include Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), Inventory Management Systems (IMS), Gate Operating Software (GOS), cargo scanning, and EDI.
- Maintain and monitor the health of IT infrastructure across all terminals, including gate hardware, weigh scale, servers, network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, hotspots), networked cameras, optical character recognition (OCR), workstations, printers, handheld devices, battery backups, security systems, and other related equipment.
- Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software as needed.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all support activities, solutions, and system configurations.
- Proactively identify and address potential IT issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
- Local travel between multiple terminal locations as required.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
· Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience in IT support, preferably within a shipping, logistics, or warehouse environment.
- CompTlA, Microsoft, ITIL Foundation, and Cybersecurity certifications are all highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and enterprise accounting platforms.
- Experience with terminal operating software, intermodal management systems, gate operating systems, bar code scanners, EDI data exchange is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with both cloud applications and server administration and maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
