IT Support Manager
My client has a full time opening for an IT Support Manager. This is a hybrid role and is on site T, W and Th each week. Position will involve the following :
- Oversight of the Help Desk team
- Implementation and maintenance of network architecture (LAN / WAN etc)
- Work closely with Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure server reliability and disaster recovery systems are working properly
- Ensure timely response and resolution of IT support tickets and deliver projects on time
- Performance reviews and feedback
- Lead IT projects and adhere to budget requirements
- Hardware and software patching
- Suggest improvements to the company IT Infrastructure
- Help Desk performance Monitoring
