We are seeking a Site Development Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the supervision and delivery of successful projects. Must have a min. of 8 years of estimating or project supervision experience.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Project Preconstruction
• Material Submittals
• Project Planning and Schedule Management
• Project Profitability Tracking / Production Tracking
• Project Close-out Documents
• Manage Change Order requests
