  • Moderate interpersonal conflicts between students.
  • Foster therapeutic relationships with youth to implement and support programming components within individual treatment plans and IEPs.
  • Teach youth self-management techniques, emphasizing internal assets through boundaries, guidelines, roles, and rules.
  • Apply Physical Management Techniques (PMT) as a last resort to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to promote academic and therapeutic goals.
  • Attend mandatory professional development training and staff meetings at both the Learning Center and Residential Program sites.
