Position Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team at Delden Garage Doors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through on-site visits, product presentations, and customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new residential and commercial sales opportunities.
- Meet with garage door dealers, lumber yards & existing customers to understand needs and recommend garage door solutions.
- Conduct site visits and provide accurate estimates.
- Present product options and explain benefits, features, and warranties.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing, and installation applications.
- Manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, delivery, and installations.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction or home improvement.
- Experience in the garage door industry is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be comfortable with hands-on measurements and site assessments.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and work in varying weather conditions.
