Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Catering Sales Manager at Delementi Catering in Seattle, WA. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for fostering customer satisfaction, managing catering sales, coordinating event planning, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing food & beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive catering sales and acquire new clients.
- Manage the sales process, including proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all needs are met.
- Oversee food and beverage offerings, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to deliver seamless events.
Qualifications:
- 2 Catering Sales and Event Planning experience
- 3 years of Google Sheets or Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field
- Experience in managing catering contracts and client relationships.
- Ability to understand and communicate the unique value propositions of catering services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a catering or related industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
