Job Description:
The Regional Customer Success Manager (CSM) will proactively seek out new business opportunities by prospecting to secure appointments with owners and managers of natural stone Dealers and Distributors in your region.
The CSM will also work with and develop existing Dealers with the goal of increasing order volume.
The CSM will meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue quotas, for hunting and farming, along with strategic goals and targets.
Requirements:
3-5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
Proficiency in identifying and qualifying potential high value prospects, prospecting and managing a pipeline using HubSpot CRM, and converting prospects into actual customers aka Authorized Dealers.
- Able to sell the value of leading products and enlist Dealers in a long-term partnership which includes carrying Delgado Stone products at their locations.
- Experience selling building products such as earth materials preferably natural stone, driving revenue and helping build strong Dealer relationships.
- A proven history of success. You believe in winning as a team, and you pursue your goals and professional growth with dedication, integrity, and high ethical standards.
Location:
This is a remote sales position for a region comprising Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. The ideal location for the CSM is in Rhode Island or Southeast Massachusetts. CSMs work from their remote offices typically 1 to 2 days a week and travel within their territory 3 to 4 days a week. Occasional travel to the corporate office in CT and industry events is required.

Base Salary: $55,000 to 60,000
Total Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000
