The Customer Success Manager is responsible for aligning and coordinating the resources required, both internally and externally, to achieve our customer success strategies and company goals.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate internal cross functional teams to execute key account needs, including Sales, Engineering, Production, Operations, and Technical Support Teams
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with existing customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success
- Understanding organizational risk profile and contract terms and conditions, negotiation of favorable T&C’s, if necessary
- Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect the client
- Teaching junior employees how to service the account
Qualifications :
Salary :
115,000 - $120,000 base
Commission - .03% of recurring sales for assigned clients
