What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Food Service Team Member position at DelGrosso's Amusement Park?
Education & Qualifications: Must be at least 14 years of age to comply with child labor laws. Must always maintain a well-groomed appearance, following all uniform regulations. Must have a positive attitude, have the willingness to provide excellent customer service, and be able to work in a team atmosphere.
Essential Functions:
- Take customer orders and input the order into the POS Register.
- Prepare and Serve Food/Drinks according to department policies and procedures.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment, such as Hats or Gloves, per department guidelines.
- Ensure Proper Food Quality and Presentation.
- Use or Operate Food Service Tools and Equipment.
- Clean Department Areas, Tools, and Equipment.
- Washes Tables, Walls, Refrigerators, and other Food Prep Surfaces.
- Remove Trash and Place it into Designated Containers.
- Sweep and Mop Floors to comply with Safety and Sanitation Standards.
Other Responsibilities:
- Report to Work at Assigned Time.
- Work Independently or in a Team Atmosphere.
- Adhere to Dress Code Policy.
- Provide Excellent Guest Service.
- Complete Company Food Service Safety Training.
- Must work in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to Direct or Indirect Sunlight, Heat, Humidity, Rain, Hail, Cold.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
