As an entry level Management Trainee, you will build sales outreach strategies with the client teams and see them through at retail locations within the Syracuse region. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to develop sales skills, connect with customers, and grow within the telecommunications or retail industries.
Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Work within retail locations to provide client representation and secure sales through knowledgeable in-person communication
- Become proficient in client-provided tech resources to create sales solutions that fit potential customers’ needs on-site
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry through department calls and entry-level management meetings
- Build updated sales plans by explaining information on local preferences and common customer questions gathered when completing in-person sales
- Attend and conduct short breakdown meetings to ensure that all team members are on the same page for outreach strategies
- Track and maintain sales data in compliance with confidentiality and client protocol
Qualities of the Management Trainee:
- Proficient in professional communication and interpersonal skills to be able to speak with a variety of customers
- Reliability in compliance, data entry, and problem-solving in a face-to-face environment
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or leadership roles
- Time-management skills to complete goals and tasks throughout the day
- The ability to commute to both our office and assigned retail locations
