Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated Material Handler / Parcel Processor who will efficiently process boxes and prepare them for shipment.
The starting hourly rate for this role is up to $20 / hour. Morning and afternoon shifts are available.
Job Description :
- Process inbound parcels from pallet to DMIS (workstation) and to conveyor in a fast and efficient manner
- Relabel and scan parcels
- Build palletized shipment consolidations
- Load / unload trucks (as needed), operate a forklift and / or pallet jack
- Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keep products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Monitor product frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Operate various pieces of equipment.
- Report on any mechanical problems.
- Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
