Our Sales Solution Architect is responsible for designing and presenting customized technology solutions to potential Delivered clients, aligning their business needs with Delivered's services and capabilities by understanding their logistics challenges, identifying suitable technology applications within Delivered, and creating detailed proposals that demonstrate how these solutions can improve their operations and efficiency; essentially acting as a technical expert who bridges the gap between sales and the client's technical requirements.


Responsibilities include:

  • Client needs analysis:
    • Conducting in-depth consultations with prospective clients to thoroughly understand their logistics challenges, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Solution design:
    • Crafting tailored technology solutions using Delivered's product portfolio, including shipping management systems, tracking tools, and other relevant applications to address specific client needs.
  • Technical presentations:
    • Delivering compelling presentations to showcase how Delivered’s solutions can solve client problems and provide a clear value proposition.
  • Proof of concept development:
    • Creating demonstrations or prototypes to validate the feasibility of proposed solutions and address potential concerns.
  • Collaboration with sales teams:
    • Working closely with the CEO and other internal teams to identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and support the sales process.
  • Cost analysis and pricing:
    • Developing accurate pricing models based on client requirements and ensuring cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Technical expertise:
    • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Delivered's technology platform, including features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
  • Industry trends awareness:
    • Staying updated on logistics industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential new business opportunities.
Requirements:

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
  • Proven experience in solution design and technical consulting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into customized technology solutions
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and system integration concepts
