What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinician (LMHP-R/S) position at Delivering HOPE?
Delivering H.O.P.E. Human Services, Inc. is a triennial licensed DBHDS agency located in the Southside of Richmond founded in 2010. We are currently seeking Clinicians who are licensed or licensed eligible to join our team. We offer free supervision to those are seeking licensure as a LPC and/or LMFT. We provide the best services and we are looking the best clinicians to join the team.
Duties:
- Evaluate intake to ensure that client is eligible for Crisis, MHSB, IIH and PSR programs
- Complete diagnostic assessment.
- Review all assessments, document review within 24 hours.
- Maintain compliance with state Licensure and Medicaid standards.
- Assist with clinical staff development and training.
- Coordinate the development of Individualized Service Plans, objectives and methods necessary for providing effective services to clients.
- Provide clinical supervision to QMHP’s weekly. (individual and group; provide documentation)
- Provide individual and family therapy, as needed.
- Coordinate with external agencies and represent organization in external events.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary for the successful operation of the program.
- 24 hour on-call crisis intervention rotation
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
A Master’s degree and currently licensed by the state of Virginia as a LCSW, LPC or LMHP-Type (R/S) as recognized by Virginia Department of Health Professions. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with persons with mental illness. Position also requires training/certification in behavior management, successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigation and ability to be certified in CPR and First Aid. A valid Virginia Driver's License is also required for employment.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
