What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Product Management, you will be responsible for driving key global initiatives within the CSG business.


You will:

  • Establish clear goals and deliverables for products that support business needs and collaborate with IT, IP, DS and Technical/Development teams to enhance and build new solutions
  • Collaborate to gather MVP requirements, user stories, and own execution of digital product roadmaps and authoring epics
  • Support architectural discussions to meet product requirements and work with engineering and development teams on the technical product specs
  • Guide cross-functional teams and activities tied to process/product design/redesign, maintain alignment with key stakeholders and cross functional teams
  • Establish schedules, identify key risk mitigation plans, and manage major risks and issues through effective contingency planning and proper escalations

Essential Requirements:

  • Possess knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and/or PMP, including proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and teams
  • Strong storytelling capability to transform data from insights to projects with focused outcomes
  • Intellectual curiosity to ask questions to quickly gain understanding and develop hypotheses
  • Ability to analyze data, set priorities, and solve complex problems
  • Flexibility to adapt with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment


Desirable Requirements:

  • Possess strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and process improvement methodologies
  • As a Grade level (X to X years) of experience in project or program management and familiarity with product management tools i.e. Confluence, Figma, Aris, Celonis, Jira

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $70k - $91k.
