- Additional Job Details : The Accounts Payable role is primarily responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of the department's research expenditures. They will oversee invoice payments; purchasing and corporate card transactions; vendor set-ups and employee reimbursements. The incumbent will work closely with research and administrative staff to confirm appropriate cost allocations and to monitor the availability of funds. They will also review and resolve invoice holds, follow up with researchers and vendors regarding payment issues, and monitor committed funds reports. Potential HR coordinator administrative responsibilities as needed. Preferred experience with Harvard systems - Buy2Pay, Concur and PeopleSoft.
