Job Description
The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all functions associated with the development, implementation, and administration of our organization's benefits and incentives program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning and technical support in the Human Resources department
- Assisting in coordination and communication on joint activities with other departments
- Supporting the Director of Human Resources in organizing, planning, developing, and implementing various human resource projects and events related to employee benefits and incentives programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a benefit administrator
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
