Title : PMO Director
Location : Princeton NJ On-Site 3 Days
Interview MS Teams and On-Site 2nd Interview.
1 Year Contract.
BACKGROUND OF PMO MANAGER :
- 5 years of Program Management experience
- Someone who has been a project manager and moved into a PMO Manager role.
- Experienced in PMO governance and compliance to SDLC (which all goes through PMO) This person will make sure they are in compliance. i.e. (What scenarios match up and don't match up.)
- Third is budget management - individual project managers manage budget for the projects. Will be a key component for the PMO Manager
- Experienced in hybrid Agile. They are Running waterfall and scrum
- Strong communicator, strong past PM skills, manage budget, resolve conflicts within IT and business groups and with PMs
- Experienced providing help to Project Managers with the challenges they face.
