Job Description : What We Do
- Negotiate talent deals for talent, drafting agreements and other projects and handle production legal for all production, clear all materials for productions, and other divisional legal affairs.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
1. Negotiates and drafts talent deals and agreements (including writers, directors, artists, consultants, etc.), option and acquisition agreements, studio facility agreements, commercial production agreements, and other agreements and amendments as required for television animation.
2. Handles production legal for animated television and long form productions.
4. Handles union and labor issues as they arise in conjunction with HR and Labor Relations.
5. Provides general oversight of legal aspects of recruiting and staffing for production needs.
Provides other related duties as assigned.
