Dellino Family Law Group (DFLG), a leader in family law in the Pacific Northwest for over a decade, seeks a Chief Business Development Officer to work closely with our CEO and Executive Team to identify, pursue, and execute on new and existing growth opportunities.
The Role
The Chief Business Development Officer (CDO) role is a senior strategic leadership position that is responsible for driving growth and expansion for the firm and will have a seat on the Executive Team. The CDO will be responsible for working with the CEO to develop and execute strategies to target and further DFLG’s revenue, profitability, and brand development of the CEO’s vision for DFLG and sub-brands. The CDO will hold responsibilities that include and extend beyond marketing and sales to include all aspects of growth. The CDO reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
The CDO is responsible for a variety of key tasks, including:
- Developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive growth strategy with CEO’s vision.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion.
- Office expansion initiative planning, projection, and implementation.
- Managing and motivating the team responsible for growth initiatives.
- Developing and implementing effective pricing for sub-brands.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as intake/sales/marketing, administration, operations, legal, to support growth initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Developing and managing the budget for growth initiatives.
- Identifying and implementing technology and other tools to support growth efforts in conjunction with COO.
- Providing regular reports and updates on growth performance to the CEO and executive team.
- Serving as a key member of the executive team and contributing to the overall direction and strategy of the organization.
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Experience Required
- 8 years minimum of experience in business development related role.Strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, experience in managing client and vendor relationships, and a proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams focused on business development, marketing, and operations.
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales, operations and building new markets, with specific results in revenue growth or market share increase.
- Strong organizational skills, including experience with optimizing CRM systems, with quantifiable improvements in sales tracking and reporting.
Compensation Package
- Salary range 135-225K incentives. DOE
