Junior Strategy Consultant with TS/SCI Polygraph

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision. The work you'll do: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that capitalize on trends and opportunities in the technology landscape. Key Responsibilities: Support agencies with a service model delivery redesign Provide Change Management support Additional tasks include facilitation, organizational design, strategic planning, and process mapping QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of Strategy, Analysis, or Government Consulting experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role Ability to work 100% onsite at client location in NOVA Preferred: Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
