Work you’ll do
- Assist in the research, review, and crafting of multiple executive briefings and communications to include but not limited to: Government Instructions, Notices, and Memorandums of Agreement.
- Effectively manage and distribute taskers issued by the Office of Personnel Management, enabling the client’s HR team to meet deadlines and effectively implement change throughout the organization.
- Maintain Classification Position Descriptions (PDs) library and logs via ShareDrive, Teams, Outlook groups, and action trackers.
- Assist in the organization and execution of weekly working sessions to ensure effective progress and efficient project management.
- Drive human resources transformation of the government client’s HR business processes, leveraging MS365 applications to emphasize automation, improve user experience, and simplify workflows.
- Identify and implement digital solutions to address current correspondence processing workflow shortfalls and shorten document processing timelines.
- Directly support client leadership with a range of managerial and operational tasks as necessary.

Qualifications
Required:
- Secret clearance required to be considered for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- At least one year of experience working in a similar role.
- Experience with Government Classification, Position Descriptions, and Standard Government Letter Format/Instruction Review.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, OneNote, Planner, etc.
- Familiarity with project management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interact with leadership at the highest levels of the government client.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Salary : $76,725 - $127,875
