Work you’ll do
As an Advisory Project Delivery Specialist II in our Accounting & Internal Controls group, you will:
- Manage end-to-end Defense Travel System (DTS) process
- Help oversee the travel program operations and daily execution for multiple offices
- Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's travel program, delivering value and exceptional service
- Perform project tasks independently and may lead workstreams; directing the efforts of others
- Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
- Use your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 75% on-site requirement in Rosslyn, VA
- Strong understanding of the Defense Travel System (DTS)
- In-depth knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) travel regulations and policies
- Working knowledge of ERP financial systems, including history of processing travel transactions in ERP
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies in travel planning
- Familiarity with government contracting and procurement processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze travel data and generate executive reports
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred:
- 3 years of Defense Travel System (DTS) experience
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,663 to $179,438.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
