What you’ll do:
As a Web Developer in this role, you will work on HR tools that enable the client’s high visibility HR processes to move forward successfully. You will be working directly with stakeholders to identify requirements for brand new HR tools or existing suites of HR tools that need updating with new functionality or bug fixes. You will be responsible for the development efforts of these tools upon identifying and finalizing the requirements.
Work you’ll do
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Interface with the client to identify processes and pain-points that could be better managed and resolved via a custom web interface and centralized database
- Develop user-friendly database-driven web applications through packaged and customized tools as needs are identified by the client
- Develop database-driven web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing
- Develop external web portals allowing users to input and retrieve key information collaboratively.
- Maintain, enhance, and integrate existing web applications.
- Perform use-case testing of web applications, engaging users as necessary.
- Conduct all user acceptance testing, and report results.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

Qualifications
Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 7 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying ASP.NET/C#/JavaScript/jQuery web applications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Ability to work on site in Washington DC
Preferred:
- Knowledge of government organizations and/or government human resources
- Prior management consulting experience
