Work You’ll Do
This IT Asset Management Analyst will:
- Provide operational support for planning, coordinating, and executing the client’s Lifecycle Management initiatives, aiming to optimize asset management processes.
- Involve high-level coordination with various stakeholder groups to validate and document complex, evolving, and high-profile processes along with associated data structures.
- Develop and implement efficient asset procedures and workflows for integration into the broader client program ecosystem

Strategy will help our clients:
- Identify strategies for growth and value creation
- Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
- Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree required
- Must hold a TS/SCI clearance or higher
- 10 years of professional experience, including military experience
- 8 years of experience in IT process development
- 8 years supporting/managing servers of customers for their IT systems
- 8 years of experience implementing ServiceNow workflows and/or operating in ServiceNow
- 8 years of experience managing the day to day integration of IT Asset Management processes, integration of data sets between Accountability Systems and ServiceNow
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience supporting policy development
- Experience with government consulting
- Military experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
